As we continue our efforts to make classrooms more engaging and meaningful for our students, we as teachers, must commit ourselves to not only being skillful teachers, but also being inquisitive learners. And isn't this something that is important to model for our students?
To some degree or another, each of us realize the potential of technology in our schools. When used effectively, it can help bring the world closer to our children and help our students not only collaborate and create, but exhibit a cooperative learning environment for all to see.
Technology can truly provide students with a 'window to the world' and it is incumbent upon us to become as comfortable with technology in school as our students are comfortable with technology out of school.
